Our Head Chef
Enjoy the Finest Authentic Thai Cuisine, cooked by our head chef Ekachai Jitmano. With origins from the South of Thailand, Ekachai began his career almost 25 years ago travelling from Dubai, Kuwait, to Manchester. Bringing his wealth of culinary knowledge and experience to Didsbury, his motto is a timeless adage; “food cooked with love”. Our vision is to create authentic Thai dishes from recipes created within the 2Nakhon family, honing in on legacy and providing a memorable dining experience.
Unlike anywhere in the United Kingdom, our head chef aims to introduce new and exciting dishes for guests, reflective of his culinary style.
Our Owner
After dining at a popular Thai restaurant in Manchester, restaurant owner Wole established a relationship with the restaurant’s head chef and business partner Ekachai Jitmano. E.K. and Wole shared a mutual understanding of Thai culture and food with aspirations to one day open their own restaurant.
